- Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the delivery date.
- To return the product, please write an email to vasavideals5@gmail.com with all details of the product(s) you wish to return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions to initiate pick-up.
- We offer free reverse pick-up for all orders across India. In case the reverse pick-up facility in not available in a particular area, then we will request you to self-ship the product.
- The product should be in its original condition, i.e., it should not be used or washed and all tags should be in place.
- It would take us 2-3 working days from the receipt of product at our warehouse to process the refund amount.
